The Infrastructure function at Oranga Tamariki - Ministry for Children is responsible for managing the property assets of the Ministry to ensure all those who work in and are cared for by Oranga Tamariki feel safe, secure and valued.

 

We are looking for an experienced, energetic Programme Coordinator to support the property and Fleet functions in the Infrastructure Team by providing administration support for business as usual and projects. This role works closely with the Infrastructure Manager, Property and Facilities managers, and Lease specialist providing a mix of operational support as well as building internal and external relationships.  
 
The Role

 

As an experienced Programme Coordinator, you’ll deliver high quality project and administration support services, including preparing reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas and minutes, and maintain logs and registers.

You will ideally have demonstrated experience in supporting Property and Facilities Team with ideally at least 2 years’ experience in this area.
Your high-calibre communication and administration skills will be vital to the success and achievements of the Property and Facilities team
