If you are seeking an opportunity in a work environment where your intuition, energy and client focus will be recognised and valued, this is an ideal role. We are looking for Programme Advisors who are energetic and client focused to join the Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) Team. 

 

 

What do we do?
 

 

We provide portfolio, programme and project/initiative support across MSDs Integrated Portfolio, which is comprised of 11 separate Portfolios.  We have credibility in providing practical, pragmatic and on-point advice and guidance that contributes to the success of the Integrated Portfolio.

 

 

Who are you?


 
As an Advisor, you will be responsible for: 

 

  • providing support and guidance to portfolio and product managers 
  • identifying portfolio risks, issues and opportunities to ensure the success of the Integrated Portfolio
  • quality assurance of portfolio and Epic documentation, including reporting 
  • championing MSD Frameworks; including delivery methodology and risk management frameworks
  • support portfolio management and oversight including portfolio prioritisation activities

 

 

Skills and Experience 


 
To be successful in this role, you will have:
 

  • experience working within a complex portfolio environment 
  • strong influencing and relationship management skills and be able to quickly establish credibility and trust
  • experience in quality assurance activities including health checks (ideally within a Agile environment)
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • analytical skills
