About the Role

 

MSD’s Transformation Office is responsible for leading the strategic management of MSD’s overall Integrated Work programme, which includes Te Pae Tawhiti Programme as well as all other work in portfolios. 


The Transformation Office is a team of trusted experts and advisors, offering support and guidance to MSD in value delivery and transformation. Being the stewards and custodians of enterprise information as a single source of truth, using data to provide problem-solving and decision support, and sponsoring effective ways of working for change delivery. 


The Programme Advisor role supports the efficient and effective management and delivery of MSD’s work programme, helping to establish and improve frameworks and processes to ensure its smooth and effective operation.


This is a key role, supporting the effectiveness of governance and reporting processes.  The role helps to facilitate the governance forward plan, agendas, papers and registers, and supports creation of accurate and insightful reporting to enable MSD to make well-informed investment decisions.

 

 

 

Our ideal candidate will have:


•    Highly effective organisation and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise in a busy and complex environment.
•    Achievement of results in a time pressured environment.
•    Excellent communication (both oral and written) skills.
•    Able to establish, build and maintain effective and appropriate relationships with key stakeholders.
•    Experience using formal project management methodology and sound knowledge of agile ways of working.
•    Able to participate confidently and competently in situations that involve processes, systems and organisations based on Matauranga Māori

 

 

 

Salary range: $71,943.00 - $87,931.00
