Operational Support Advisor

 

  • Providing robust advice for tenancy reviews and other housing processes to support our housing teams across Service Delivery
  • Support the delivery of housing services to our clients
  • Work in a small dynamic team
  • Permanent role, Wellington based.

 

An opportunity has arisen for an Operational Support Advisor to provide advice and support for our tenancy review process to ensure we are delivering on our key housing goals and objectives within the Client Service Delivery team. You will have a key part to play on tenancy reviews for Service Delivery staff.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Provide advice and support nationally and regionally on the tenancy review functions to improve end to end client service delivery
  • Analyse, review and recommend options for the planning and implementation of our delivery of housing products and services
  • Provide risk advice and support, identifying issues that may impact on work programmes and delivery
  • Have great relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Proven experience delivering quality work to tight deadlines
  • Utilise your specialist knowledge and understanding of MSD’s systems, processes and legislation.
