Executive Assistant - Group General Manager System Performance and Improvement

• Permanent role, National Office, Wellington

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who loves working within a small, dynamic team. We have established the new Systems Performance and Improvement Group, so you will be supporting the Group General Manager to provide a full range of executive support services.

This exciting opportunity will suit a self-managing professional who is comfortable juggling an interesting busy workload and who can build effective working relationships across the Ministry.

Your primary role will be to support the Group General Manager and their direct team, providing daily organisation and oversight of diaries, time management, organising internal and external stakeholder meetings and preparing documentation and presentations.

Whether you’re arranging travel or booking and organising stakeholder meetings, you’ll do it all with your natural flair and professional manner. You will be a key member of the team working with leadership to foster a positive work environment.

To succeed in this role, you will have worked with senior leaders, be proficient across the suite of Microsoft products with a willingness and ability to work with a range of different products that will increase efficiency and new ways of working.
