Executive Administrator – Job Connect

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Administrator to provide professional and confidential executive support to the Contact Centre Managers and management team of the Job Connect units and other members of the team as required. You're known to be friendly, efficient, and focused on quality. You are competent in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and highly proactive and motivated. You enjoy working in a dynamic team, focused on achieving great outcomes for New Zealanders.

 

Key tasks include:
 

•    Diary and email management
•    Proactively identify urgent matters and risks flagged
•    Travel and all aspects of meeting coordination
•    Preparing reports, documents and communications 
•    Ensuring systems and processes are efficient
•    Finance support to the budget manager
•    Assisting the wider leadership team as required
 

Self-managing, you will be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and have an unflappable approach in stressful situations. You engage well with stakeholders and have the confidence and judgement to keep things moving in the absence of your manager to ensure deadlines are met.

Salary range: $71,231.00 - $87,060.00
