Delivery Lead

Fixed Term to December 2023

 

 

 

The MSD Housing Portfolio is responsible for the design and delivery of technical and business systems and products for our front line and customers to support our clients to stay in their homes or getting a home.


This role is a vital part of the leadership team of the Building the Future Housing System value stream in the Portfolio.


Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for informing and executing the value stream’s roadmap; and leading a collaborative, cross-agency project to deliver new technology systems and business processes to support the shared operational housing functions between MSD and other agencies.

 

 

 

In this role, you will be expected to:

 

•    apply project management best practice and ensure team plans are defined, prioritised and of high quality, 
•    lead cross MSD and external agency teams to plan and deliver project features 
•    coordinate cross agency efforts and ensure alignment between the project and the rest of the value stream work programme and across other MSD portfolios,
•    Deliver quality solutions within budget and agreed timelines

 

 

 

You will have: 

 

•    experience in the successful delivery of detailed technology focused projects
•    proven experience in the delivery of work, from conceptual design to implementation
•    experience in navigating large organisations to ensure those that need to contribute to the work are included at the right time to support delivery
