About the role | Mō te tūnga 
 
We are in the process of implementing a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in the recruitment team (we’re pretty excited about it) which will change the way we work.  This role will play a key role helping us to bring this ATS to life and will support our team and the wider organisation to ensure that data is accurately sourced, processed and stored throughout our onboarding process.
 
On a day-to-day basis, you will be:

•    Documenting processes
•    Sourcing/requesting data 
•    Acting as a subject matter expert for our onboarding process
•    Liaising with the HR Systems team as well as Payroll
•    Accurately entering data between systems
•    Providing overflow recruitment coordination support to the wider recruitment team
 

This is a fixed term position for 12 months and will be based in Wellington.

If you have experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SnapHire, that would be an added bonus.
