Assistant HR Advisors

 

 

About the Role

 

 

Due to promotion and organisation growth, we are looking for enthusiastic Assistant HR Advisors to join our busy team.  You'll be bright, ambitious, and keen to develop and hone your employment relations and HR knowledge in our growing team. If it’s variety you crave, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in everything from recruitment, onboarding, flexible working, through to position management and parental leave.

 

 

With the support of, and in collaboration with Advisors and Recruitment Partners this role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day transactional and generalist HR related requests, enquiries and actions that come from the business, as well as being involved in various continuous improvement activities.

 

 

This is a challenging, dynamic yet rewarding opportunity that will provide you with necessary exposure to progress your HR career within a supportive HR team. There is real freedom to take responsibility for processes and projects, supporting the team to truly add value and be seen as a trusted advisor. 

 

 

Your relevant experience will include:

 

•    A degree in HR or a related field
•    Previous experience in a HR administrator/coordinator role 
•    Great written and verbal communication skills
•    Experience using the MS Office suite
•    A proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
•    Ability to multitask a range of activities with impeccable attention to detail
•    Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively

 

 

To be successful in this role, you will be positive, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved. High levels of emotional intelligence and discretion will come naturally to you, alongside a warm personality with a genuine and practical approach to people.

Salary range: $62,660.00 - $76,585.00
