We have several fixed term opportunities available for motivated, strong communicators to provide exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone for a 7th March 2022 start. 
As a CSR at the Ministry of Social Development, puts you at the forefront of people’s lives. Our clients need highly empathetic people to help them navigate a range of issues to make a real difference in their lives. You will be responsible for responding appropriately to emergency situations and having the authority to approve immediate financial assistance to client hardship.

Hours of work  


Your standard hours of work will be 37.55 hours per week, which is seven hours and 35 minutes per day.  You will need to be available for 5 days, with 1 of those shifts being Saturday as per the contact centre rotational roster. 
Your rostered shifts will vary between the below days and timeframes;

•    Mondays and Fridays, between 6.55am to 10.00pm, and
•    Saturdays between 8.00am and 2.00pm.

We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.
