We have several fixed term opportunities available for motivated, strong communicators to provide exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone for a November 2021 start.


As a CSR, you will experience our comprehensive and modern training approach that are equipped to confidently work with clients, primarily through inbound calls and processing applications.

Hours of work  


Your standard hours of work will be 37.55 hours per week, which is seven hours and 35 minutes per day.  You will need to be available for 5 days, with 1 of those shifts being Saturday as per the contact centre rotational roster. 
Your rostered shifts will vary between the below days and timeframes;


•    Mondays and Fridays, between 6.55am to 10.00pm, and
•    Saturdays between 8.00am and 2.00pm.


We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.

 

About you 


·    You enjoy using quality conversations to help clients work through their situation and can demonstrate a history of providing clients or customers a positive experience 
·    You have shown that you can work efficiently, accurately and are confident in making good decisions.
·    You have learnt your way around our multiple IT systems and are eager to learn more 
·    You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where frequent change is normal.
·    Candidates must hold NZ Citizenship or a Permanent Resident visa at time of application.
