Service Managers Centralised Services - Whanganui - Fixed Term

Fixed term/Secondment for two years, Full Time

Centralised Services provide support to clients and the wider Service Delivery, by leveraging capability and capacity and delivering highly efficient and effective solutions across New Zealand. 


An exciting opportunity is now available in the newly established Centralised Services unit.  We are looking for an enthusiastic people leader to join a flexible and adaptable leadership team.  Even better, this role will be based in the amazing Whanganui – recently awarded, New Zealand’s most beautiful city.
Reporting to Manager Centralised Services, this role will offer the opportunity to work collaboratively and will also have a strong relationship with the Regional Director, Taranaki.  The Service Manager will provide effective leadership and efficient management of a newly formed team who will contribute to individual, family and community independence.


Breathing life into our strategic direction, Te Pae Tawhiti, you will be an innovative and inspirational leader.  Service excellence will resonate strongly with you, and you will play a key role in achieving a seamless delivery of ‘client-centred’ services. 


Your focus will be embedding an outcomes-focussed culture, in an environment where we will be primarily providing support through on-line interactions or over the telephone.  This new team allows our site-based Case Managers to work more intensively with our clients, focusing on supporting employment outcomes.
