About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

As a Work Broker, you will:

 

  • Identify and secure the right employment opportunities and vacancies for our candidates across a wide range of industries throughout the Central region.
  • Actively build and maintain employer relationships, using your sales, marketing networking, and business development skills to uncover new opportunities for job seeker candidates.
  • Promote and market job seeker candidates to employers by understanding workforce needs and presenting suitable talent solutions.
  • Use skills-based matching, recruitment expertise, and relationship management to connect candidates with suitable vacancies and sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Deliver strong candidate engagement by having meaningful conversations that support resume development, interview preparation, confidence building, and readiness for work.
  • Bring a solid understanding of recruitment, employment, marketing, sales, and client relationship management, with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve successful placement outcomes.
  • Partner with employers from diverse sectors and industries to support workforce needs while creating sustainable employment pathways for job seekers.

  • A positive, proactive, and results-driven person who enjoys engaging with job seeker candidates and building strong employer relationships.
  • A confident communicator with sales, marketing, networking, and business development capability who is comfortable promoting candidates and identifying employment opportunities.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has strong time management skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, employment services, sales and marketing, account management, and stakeholder engagement would be highly valued.
  • Confident with computers and administration systems, including updating candidate and employer information for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build genuine connections and influence positive employment outcomes.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, bringing innovative ideas to identify opportunities and improve labour market outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and industries.

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $79,200.00 - $95,873.00
