Support Officers - Whangārei

  • Full Time (37.55 hours per week)
  • Permanent full-time opportunities 

 


We have a number of permanent opportunities for support officers to join our Residential Subsidy Unit team. Support officers are responsible for providing high quality administrative and clerical support to the Manager, Centralised Services and wider team, including scanning and inputting information into computer systems.

 


As part of a busy and experienced team you will support the team to achieve the unit’s targets and outcomes.  You will have the chance to put forward ideas for improving admin systems and procedures.  This role is based in our Whangārei unit.

  

 

 

You will need:
•    Intermediate Microsoft office computer skills with the ability to quickly navigate various through  programs, word processing
•    Good written and verbal communication skills
•    The ability to read and understand information with attention to detail
•    Excellent people skills and a team player
•    High levels of initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
•    A high level of spelling and grammar skills
•    Great time management
•    NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency at the time of application.
