Case Manager – Kaikohe
Full Time Fixed Term / Secondment to 25 June 2021

We are an essential service and an have an opportunity for  motivated, adaptable, proactive person to join our team as Case Manager on a temporary basis.    
The role with initially focus on providing proactive employment support to clients and may including hardship and other assistance as business demands require. 


About you
You are pragmatic and enjoy dealing with people from all backgrounds. You remain calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to problems. Your welcoming approach and manāakitanga with our people will enable you to know them, understand how to best support them, and work with them to meet their needs. You treat people with care and show empathy for those in vulnerable positions. You understand the importance of employment and what a good CV looks like. You know how to find jobs in the Northland Labour Market and are excited to share these insights with others. You’ll bring a high level of personal integrity and initiative to the role and be comfortable using computer systems.

The salary for this role is from $47,622 to $65,480 per annum (in line with skills, experience and other factors).
