As the face of the organisation, you’ll engage with our clients with sympathy and care, hold in-depth discussions to fully understand their circumstances and ensure they receive appropriate financial assistance for their needs. Our clients have a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, circumstances and life challenges. As a Case Manager, every day is different, busy and demanding but very rewarding as your work will have a big impact on people's lives.

As a Case Manager you work across multiple computer systems and make decisions based on legislation and policy. You must be confident navigating your way around computer systems, have good research skills, the ability to quickly learn, retain information and make good, considered decisions. 


About you


You are proactive and resilient, have a can-do attitude, good judgment and sense of urgency, you remain calm under pressure and find coherent and creative solutions to any problems that come your way. You must also have:

•    Good negotiation and conversational skills, a positive manner and the ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations effectively over the phone. 
•     Have excellent computer skills, and the ability to quickly pick up new ones. 
•     Have a good task processing speed with the ability to move between them and stay focused. 
•    High levels of tenacity and resilience.

The salary for this role is starting from $61,734.00 (band 4) per annum (in line with skills, experience and other factors).
