Administration Officer - Napier

We have a permanent opportunity available for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Napier team.

About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently.


Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Provide support to the leadership team and wider team members
  • Coordinating meetings, room bookings, and video conferencing equipment
  • Managing visitor parking and MSD pool car bookings
  • Organising catering for meetings and events
  • Data entry, scanning, and document management
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assisting with health & safety administration
  • Support recruitment and onboarding related admin tasks
  • Completing reconciliations
  • Providing general office support and handling ad hoc administrative tasks

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $61,466.00 - $73,903.00
