Case Managers play a vital role in our communities.


As a Case Manager, every day is busy and demanding but very rewarding as your work will have a meaningful impact on people's lives. 


As part of one of our teams, you will work with individuals and their whanau to link them to services or help them into employment or other training and development, according to their needs and goals.

About you

Your client-centric approach and open communication style allows you to build rapport and develop a clear idea of how best to with our clients to achieve their goals. You want to enhance the mana of the people you work with through respectful engagement that focusses on the needs of our clients.


We are looking for someone who is focused on achievement and can practically help others to access job opportunities, training and development, education programmes and work experience. You will do this by working in a collaborative way and linking our clients to other services as required.


You will bring a high level of personal integrity operating in a way that is fair, genuine, and sincere. You will show initiative, lead by example, and aim to empower our clients to achieve independence by providing an outstanding service to our community.


You will be a curious learner who enjoys self-sourcing information, is invested in their own development, and also enjoys helping others to learn. You’ll be comfortable juggling competing priorities and are open to change.


Working in a small team, you will actively contribute to the success of the group, raise others up and work to strengths while being self-aware and seeking continuous improvement.

Remuneration for this role is from $62,660.00 to $76,585.00. Application along this scale is based on relevant skills, experience, and other factors.



Salary range: $62,660.00 - $76,585.00
