We have an additional opportunity for an enthusiastic people leader to join our leadership team. This position will be based in the Rangitikei district, and is included within MSD’s Taranaki, King Country & Whanganui region.  From the mountains to the nearby sea, this diverse district offers its visitors and residents, the ability to experience a true New Zealand city escape lifestyle.

 
Reporting to the Regional Director, the role of the Service Centre Manager is to provide effective leadership and efficient management of services that contribute to individual, family and community independence.   

 

You will be an innovative and inspirational leader within a busy service delivery environment.  Your focus will be embedding an outcomes-focussed culture, where transactions are done on-line or over the telephone, allowing our site-based Case Managers to move people closer to independence and connect them with employment opportunities.
 
Your leadership will ensure the service centres perform professionally, effectively and efficiently, and in a way that constructively supports people into employment.
 
You will be a proven change leader (at a strategic and operational level) as you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of Regional and National initiatives that achieve successful outcomes.
