About the role


 
As the Manager Client Service Operations for Flaxmere you will lead our teams across the Hawkes Bay service centres. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving outcomes, delivering client-focused services, and ensuring we achieve our performance expectations.


 
The role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the team is equipped to meet client needs, and contributing to the region’s wider goals.
 
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
 

  • People leadership: Inspiring and coaching the team for high performance, supporting their development, and fostering a people-centric culture aligned with Te Ao Māori.
  • Operational excellence: Leading and managing end-to-end operational activity to deliver a positive client experience and ensuring our services are effectively delivered.
  • Change leadership: Driving continuous improvement, leading change, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Relationship management: Building strong internal and external relationships, ensuring a collaborative approach in achieving client outcomes.
  • Wellbeing and resilience: Prioritising the health, safety, and wellbeing of the team, fostering a culture of support and inclusivity.

Salary range: $103,071.00 - $128,265.00
