About the role:
The newly established Housing Broker role has been created to increase the connections between private landlords, property managers and the wider private rental market. In this role, you will work alongside regional housing staff to support the connection of clients to suitable and sustainable private rental options.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing housing market intelligence
- Sales and marketing
- Interaction and communication with the housing team supporting clients
- Relationship management and partnership building
About you:
We are looking for someone who brings:
- A high level of technical and professional skills/knowledge in the private rental market and wider housing sector
- Up to date knowledge of regional and national private rental and housing market challenges and opportunities.
- Detailed understanding of tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities
- Promotional/marketing skills and an understanding of key strategies and approaches
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent client focus
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- The ability to deliver successful outcomes

Remuneration for this role is from $55,821 to $76,754. Application along this scale is dependent on relevant skills, experience and other factors.
