We are at the forefront of helping support New Zealand’s COVID-19 response.  We have a permanent opportunity for motivated, adaptable, proactive candidates to join our Canterbury Metro team.

This role will focus on providing proactive employment and training support to clients, however flexibility to move to other work areas as operational demands require is needed. Our environment is constantly changing, and this role requires an agile thinker who is able to adjust quickly when things move.


About you

You are pragmatic and enjoy dealing with people from all backgrounds. You remain calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to problems. Your clear communication style, welcoming approach and manāakitanga with our people will enable you to know them, understand how to best support them, and work with them to meet their needs. You treat people with care and show empathy for those in vulnerable positions. You’ll bring a high level of personal integrity and initiative to the role and be comfortable using computer systems.

The starting salary for this role is from $47,622 to $59,527 per annum. Application along this salary scale is dependent on skills, experience and other factors. There is the potential to earn up to $65,480 per annum through yearly salary review progression.
