As a Programme Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in connecting our clients to MSD’s employment programmes and services. You’ll work alongside our frontline teams, programme providers, and regional colleagues to help people build confidence, gain new skills, and move into meaningful work.

 

About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

Our Programme Coordinators are at the heart of how we link clients with the right opportunities. You’ll:

 

  • Promote our programmes to frontline teams through presentations, one-on-one conversations, online tools, and internal channels.
  • Manage referrals — making sure the right people are matched to the right programmes and that places are filled.
  • Liaise with providers and build strong relationships to ensure smooth delivery and great client experiences.
  • Monitor programme performance and work with the Regional Contract Manager to spot any issues or identify opportunities for improvement.

 

It’s a busy and rewarding role that combines communication, problem-solving, and creativity — and you’ll get to see first-hand how your work changes lives.

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $69,519.00 - $84,041.00
