We’re looking for an Employment Coordinator who will walk alongside people with health conditions, illness, or disabilities to support them into training, work, and independence.

 

About the role |Mō te tūnga

 

This role is all about people. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their strengths, aspirations, and goals, focusing on what they can do – not their health or disability. You’ll then connect them with opportunities that fit, and support them as they take those important next steps into employment.

 

Your days will be varied and meaningful, including:

 

  • Helping clients prepare for work through CV support, interview practice, and mentoring.
  • Partnering with Case Managers, whānau, and community groups to wrap support around clients.
  • Building relationships with employers, showcasing the skills and value that clients bring to their workplace.
  • Providing ongoing encouragement and guidance once clients are in work, so they feel supported to succeed.
  • Being a connector – linking people to training, services, and opportunities that open doors.

  • Has sales, marketing & relationship management experience

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $79,200.00 - $95,873.00
