Case Manager, Greerton

As a Case Manager with our Greerton team, you will work alongside clients to provide support help improve their lives and enable them to move into employment and other development opportunities. Your welcoming approach and Manāakitanga with our people will enable you to know them, understand how to best support them and work together to achieve goals is an attribute in this role. You’ll bring a high level of personal integrity, initiative and relationship management skills to the role. You’re comfortable navigating your way around computer systems and enjoy finding solutions to problems.

Remuneration for this role is from $46,688.00 to $62,737.00 (Range D). Application along this salary scale is dependent on relevant work experience and evidenced skills.  As this is an ANZSCO level 4/5 role, Candidates must be a NZ citizen or hold NZ permanent residency at the time of application.
