Regional Contracts Assistant

 

 

 

 
•    Contract administration and assistance
•    Financial analysis
•    Monitoring and reporting 

 

 

 

Our Regional Contracts Assistant works alongside the permanent Regional Contracts Assistant to provide administrative support to the Regional Contracts Manager and is a central point for reporting and monitoring of information. As a pivotal member of the team you will show initiative by providing advice for the improvement of systems and procedures, while actively contributing to a supportive team environment. 
  

 

 

There is a strong focus on providing excellent client service with internal and external stakeholders and you will need to be a strong communicator and problem solver to achieve this. Your exceptional pro-active administrative, organisational, planning and time management skills are critical to success in this role. 
 

 

 

Good Excel skills are essential for this role along with the ability to work under pressure to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
