 About the role:


The Housing Broker role has been created to increase the connections between private landlords, property managers and the wider private rental market.  This role will see you work alongside regional housing staff to support the connection of clients to suitable and sustainable private rental options. 
Your responsibilities will involve sales and marketing, gathering and sharing housing market intelligence, collaborating with the housing team that supports our clients, and building and maintaining professional relationships with the housing sector partners, property agents, managers and investors.


 About you:

 

To be considered for this role, you need:


•    A mature working style with high EI and regards to relationships over transactions.
•    Property Management/Investment or Real Estate experience and networks to bring rental opportunities to our clients.
•    Up to date knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the regional and national private rental and housing market.
•    Thorough understanding of tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities
•    Promotional/marketing skills and proficiency in key strategies and approaches.
•    Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
•    Client focus with the drive to deliver successful outcomes and great experience every time.

Remuneration for this role starts from $71,231per annum dependent on relevant skills, experience and other factors.
