Administration Support Officer

 


•    Based in Rotorua
•    Secondment / fixed term to 30 June 2022

Our Admin Support Officer is responsible for providing high quality administration support making sure the teams at our National Accounting Centre have what they need to get the mahi done!  There’s a wide variety of tasks to keep you busy and interested through your working day.

 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

 

•    Receptionist duties
•    Providing tearoom services
•    Ensuring office equipment is maintained and serviced
•    Maintaining office manuals, registers and access cards
•    Ordering stationery, printing and general office supplies

 

 

If you’re a person who really enjoys variety in your day, can turn your hand to anything that’s needed and takes pride in your work, this is the role for you. 

 

 

We’re looking for all the usual skillsets you’d see in a high-performing team administrator, but we’re also seeking that extra special person who looks for ways to do things smarter and uses their common sense.  You’ll set yourself high standards in all you do and be someone who strives for excellence.
