About the role


As a Work Broker you’ll engage with employers to provide a professional service to link Work and Income job seekers.  You will use influence and networks to seek out current and future employment opportunities from employers across a range of industry sectors.  

You will promote job seekers to employers and quickly build professional relationships and work alongside Case Managers and Work Services colleagues.


This role will appeal to a sales-oriented person as you will become the voice of clients and promote their skills to employers. You enjoy business development and identifying opportunities.  Results-driven, you can easily build strong relationships with diverse groups of people in the local labour market and the community. You prefer a fast-paced, work environment, and can find solutions that create lasting positive outcomes for clients.

We offer you:


•    Ongoing support and orientation
•    Salary range $59,527.00 to $65,480.00 per annum (in line with skills, experience)
