Operations Manager Client Service Integrity

•    Full-time permanent position 
•    Based in Christchurch or Wellington or Auckland 
•    Include your location preference at application
•    Regional travel required


We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the Client Service Integrity team. The primary deliverables of the team are fraud prevention, investigation, and intervention. You will be responsible for people leadership and have oversight of the performance management and assurance services to Client Service Integrity. This role will report to the National Manager Client Service Integrity.





To be successful in your application you will need: 

  • Professional experience in managing a team
  • Proven risk identification and management skills 
  • Robust technical expertise in the field of investigations
  • A working knowledge of legal processes as they apply to fraud investigations 
  • A high degree of computer literacy, including data manipulation and interpretation and the use of graphics in conveying complex information
  • Excellent communication skill, including a demonstrated history of influencing common goals and strategic outcomes at a senior level. 
  • Relationship management skills across a diverse range of stakeholders



Your ability to establish credibility and manage relationships across diverse internal and external audiences is evident.  You will need to be responsive, positive, resilient and take a pragmatic approach to your work. You’ll monitor and direct workflows, report on performance and ensure the National Client Service Integrity team, is operating in a way that is highly productive and effectively delivers the Service Integrity Operating Model and contributes to the achievement of MSD strategic outcomes.
