Hours of work

 

Full-time (37.55 hours per week) The current Contact Centre’s hours of operation are:

 

  • Mondays to Fridays, 7.00am to 6.15pm, and
  • Saturdays, 8.00am to 2.00pm. (Saturdays are rotational, and you will only work one Saturday every few weeks)

 

We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.
