As the Business Coordinator you will be part of a team providing administrative support across our small close-knit organisation. The Business Coordinator is expected to provide a range of administrative support according to the needs across the organisation, with a particular focus initially on purchase orders and invoice processing.
As this role is fixed term, we’re looking for someone who is able to start immediately who is located in Wellington. We support flexible working however given this role is a key support to the wider organisation unfortunately this role can not be fully remote.
Mōu | About you:
You will have a strong background in administrative processes, systems, and technology.
You will have a collaborative approach to problem solving, keenness to learn and are naturally supportive and enabling of others.
You will be flexible and provide the support needed as well as enjoying training others to self-help in future.
Ideally, you will have experience in:
- processing financial transactions with the ability to guide others.
- delivering stakeholder support and solutions in a continuous improvement-focused environment.
- providing coordination and/or administrative support across functions
- formatting documents for accessibility.
- creating meetings and events while ensuring that the needs of all participants are considered, such as booking NZSL interpreters.
This is a fixed term role ending 30 June 2026.
To undertake this role successfully you will either be a disabled person or you will be able to establish credibility and trust with the disability community.

Salary Range: $68,660 - $83,003
