He kōrero mōu | About you

 

  • Deliver seamless administrative and coordination support for ELT and Board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and document management.
  • Assist in maintaining governance best practices and compliance with risk management frameworks.
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations that support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with executive assistants and the wider team to share best practices and manage workloads effectively.
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues proactively, contributing to continuous improvement.

 

 

 

Utu ā-tau | Salary

Band 13 : Min $61 753   Midpoint $72 650  Max $87 180  based on relevant skills and professional experience.
