Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role
As Commissioning Coordinator, you’ll play a key support role to our Commissioning Managers and help drive the effective delivery of the Social Investment Fund.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Contract and financial administration including invoice processing and record keeping.
- Project coordination and planning to support key commissioning initiatives.
- Stakeholder engagement, including organising and attending hui with providers, iwi, and Māori organisations.
- Embedding te ao Māori practices and supporting culturally responsive ways of working.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and quality assurance activities.
He kōrero mōu | About you
- Strong coordination and administrative skills in a complex or fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with contracts, invoicing, or project documentation.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and ability to engage with te ao Māori in your work.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and improving social outcomes.
Utu ā-tau | Salary
Band 13: Min $61 753 Midpoint $72 650 Max $87 180 (offers are generally made between $61 753 and $72 650) depending on skills and experience.
