Team Leader - Assistant HR Advisor Team

As Team Leader to this group of Assistant HR Advisors who focus on supporting and responding to a range of general HR enquiries from managers and staff across our organisation via our internal 'AskHR' facility, you'll oversee their day-to-day workloads and career development.
The tasks and issues the team face every day are varied and at times can be complex. And as a part of the broader HR Advisory Leadership Team, you’ll have the opportunity to make enhancements and improvements to a 'well-oiled machine'.
Key functions of the Team Leader role include:
- Ensuring all processes are robust
- Exploring and championing continuous improvement
- Ensuring the wider teams within the People Group work together collaboratively
- Ensuring resources are managed and coordinated
You’ll be someone who can see the big picture and understand the strategic context of projects and policy and how these apply in the real world.
You’ll understand the role of a team leader and the importance of seeing your team flourish in a supportive work environment. You’ll be proud of their successes and celebrate these!
Position Description
Salary range: $100,068 - $124,529 per annum
