About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

  • Wellington based role
  • Fixed term for 12 months.

This role will define and lead the strategic direction across release and environment management for MSD’s Transformation Programme. This will involve developing the strategy, frameworks, and standards for Release and Environment Management, aligned to MSD’s technology strategy and supporting the transformation programme (Services for the Future).

 

You’ll enable governance, innovate and ensure sound engineering practices, working closely with leaders, partners, and stakeholders to deliver business value and support MSD’s transformation.

 

What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga:

 

  • Proven experience in overseeing release and deployment pathways, and developing policies and standards that align with overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Proven experience establishing and deploying environments for development, continuous improvement and secure operations, aligned with strategic intent, best practice and business objectives. This will include experience with cloud and on-prem services.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across technical, project and business teams.
  • Ability to drive strategy, frameworks, and standards for release and environment management.
  • Commitment to embedding Te Ao Māori and supporting MSD’s strategic direction.

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $161,811.00 - $214,131.00
